Pastor Dana Goodnough has been serving at Pittsford Community Church since 1985. A native of the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York, Dana grew up in the town of Moravia.

It was in Moravia that Dana met his high school sweetheart, Monica. They were married in 1980 and have enjoyed church ministry together. Dana and Monica have three children—Andrew, Emma, and Adam. All three have received Jesus Christ as their Savior and are growing in their faith.

Pastor Dave Sanford joined the ministry staff at Pittsford Community Church in 1999. Dave’s ministry at PCC includes design and leading of our worship services and special events, and leadership of our Praise Team and Choir. His ministry also includes an emphasis in counseling and pastoral care. As with all of the pastoral staff, Dave is called to serve in any area of ministry as needed. He also enjoys any opportunity for teaching and preaching.

Laura has been serving in the office at PCC since 1991. She is originally from the Western Pennsylvania area and has lived in New York since 1981. Since 1991 the church has grown tremendously and so has the office responsibilities. Laura is now full time at PCC and even depends on her faithful assistant, Susan Layher, to accomplish all the things that keep the church office “hopping” these days!

Susan has been attending PCC since 1998 with her husband Loren and their two children. She began serving as the church receptionist in 2004. Originally from Indiana, Susan and her family moved from Texas to the Rochester area in 1997. Susan began following Jesus in 2002 and now leads the church library ministry and works with the PCC College and Career group. Her favorite things are blueberries, hiking, golden retrievers, and lilacs!
